60760b8b3d Internal Redesign: 
- Combined MPExpression and MPMutableExpression
- Abstracted children of MPExpression into MPExpressionElement protocol
- Abstracted most of MPExpressionLayout and MPFunctionLayout into common superclass MPLayout
